Steve Anderson
Senior Vice President and Worldwide Manager
High-Performance Analog
Texas Instruments Incorporated

Steve Anderson is senior vice president and worldwide manager over the Texas Instruments (TI) High-Performance Analog (HPA) business unit.

He provides strategic leadership to help TI meet the demanding analog signal chain challenges facing system manufacturers worldwide.

Anderson manages TI's portfolio of amplifiers, data converters, interface and clock products, as well as medical and high-reliability products. These products are used in a vast range of end equipment, such as portable media players, test and measurement equipment, communications base stations, robots, and notebook computers.

Previously, Anderson held several leadership positions within the company's Analog division, most recently serving as senior vice president over the Power Management business unit. In this role, he was responsible for the business strategy and operations, including product development and product definition to serve the requirements of virtually any electronic application. Anderson and his teams helped grow TI to become the leading supplier of power management integrated circuits.

Anderson began his career with TI in 1999 when the company acquired Chicago-based Power Trends, which he joined in 1989. One of the first employees of Power Trends, Anderson held a variety of management positions from corporate controller to CIO.

Anderson believes that TI's depth and breadth of products, and its worldwide support network, are what set the company apart in the industry. His experiences in analog semiconductors have shown him that TI's ability to solve customers' problems is one of the many reasons TI continues to grow.

Anderson earned a bachelor's degree in information systems from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
