Jodi Shelton is one of
the founders of FSA, serving as executive director since
its inception in July 1994. Shelton has helped FSA grow
to more than 450 corporate members. Under her leadership,
FSA has flourished into a highly respected association improving
the image and credibility of the fabless/outsourcing business
In her role as executive director, Shelton
oversees the daily operations of FSA, ensuring that the
Association is focused on its defined vision and goals.
She acts as the key liaison between FSA and the business
community at large, making presentations to high-level executive
audiences and appearances at financial and industry conferences.
Shelton earned her bachelor’s degree
in political science from San Diego State University and
her master’s degree in political science from the
University of Houston.
