About the speaker 
Jeff VerHeul is Corporate Vice President of Processor Solutions Engineering at AMD. Previously, Jeff was responsible for AMD's design engineering organization, including driving AMD's silicon roadmaps, providing leadership to seven engineering sites worldwide, and driving the development of new silicon solutions to meet customer requirements across all of our microprocessor business segments.
VerHeul joined AMD in August 2005 after a 25-year career with IBM. While at IBM, he managed large, complex design and development activities at both the chip and systems level. In his most recent role, he launched and ran IBM
